Fishing Vets of Spartanburg County is a non-profit organization that provides fishing trips for Veterans and First Responders to provide the relief they need to handle stress and life issues. FVoSC is here to help US Military Veterans and First Responders by providing them with a relaxing fishing outing on beautiful Lake Blalock in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. We are not a religious organization or a licensed counselor, but we firmly believe in the buddy system that has been so prevalent in the military ranks throughout history. Sometimes a veteran needs a brother or sister to lend an ear in a neutral and safe environment.

Fishing with Fishing Vets of SC is simple… Just show up and fish.
We provide:
- The boat
- The fishing pole and tackle
- Usually a light lunch on the boat (Depending on the conditions).
- Great company from a Vietnam era Navy Veteran.
